Brittany's classes are fun, challenging and will leave you feeling inspired! Her speciality is power vinyasa flow, and while she loves the physicality of the power yoga practice, she is also committed to studying and sharing the deeper parts of yoga. You'll get a great workout and an opportunity to still your mind.
Brittany is the Founder of STUDIO B POWER YOGA and STUDIO B UNIVERSITY. She is an E-RYT 200 with over 3,500 hours of yoga teaching experience and is halfway through completing her 300 hour advanced training. A teacher of teachers, she regularly leads yoga teacher trainings and continuing education opportunities for certified instructors. Brittany also offers international yoga and fitness retreats.
A 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class with a focus on strengthening and stretching the lower body. We work hamstrings, gluten, hip flexors, and thighs and then stretch them all at the end : )
