Brittany's classes are fun, high-energy and dynamic and designed to both challenge and inspire you! Her speciality is power vinyasa flow, and while she loves the physicality of the power yoga practice, she is also committed to studying and sharing the deeper parts of yoga. You'll get a great workout, but also an opportunity to still your mind and connect with your authentic self. Brittany has over 3,500 hours of yoga teaching experience. She also leads yoga teacher trainings and international retreats.
